“We’ve created efficiencies through technology, process improvement, outsourcing and targeted marketing. The main area that is still relatively untouched within most organisations is the vast untapped wealth of human potential. Too many workplaces encourage their people to put on their work masks and leave the rest of themselves at the door, which results in employees bringing more of their potential to activities and interests outside work.”
“In an increasingly competitive marketplace it makes sense to unlock more of everyone’s potential in pursuit of the organisation’s business goals.”
Tony is a leadership coach, executive coach, trainer and personal development specialist. He works with senior managers and management teams helping to build and strengthen cultures of personal leadership, motivation, communication and cooperation.
After careers in Information Technology and sales, Tony discovered that what he enjoys doing most is helping people and organisations wake up to their potential.
Tony believes that the work environment should be a place where employers and employees alike bring and engage their whole selves and therefore release more of their personal potential. He loves nothing more than helping organisations create environments that allow and encourage people to bring and express more of their potential than they have ever done before.
Tony has been working as a coach since 2003, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
Tony is also the Mile each Day Coach. Since the beginning of January 2010 he has run at least one mile each day, inspiring others and teaching the power of positive daily habits and how to recognise and replace negative habits, including limiting beliefs.
